A Letter

Dear Riley,

Please, GET OUT OF MY BELLY! I'm ready to hold you, cuddle you, nurse you, and change your poopy diapers! I have such yummy milk waiting for you. Your brothers and sisters are going nuts to meet you, and they've even bought your Christmas presents for you. Daddy can't wait to meet his tie breaker and is VERY ready for a vacation from work. So come on out! ;)

39w1d and No Baby

Apparently he's holding out like Dylan did. I have a 39 week appointment with Kate on Monday.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving

I'm cooking dinner for my parents and Jesse's mom and maybe his sister. I REALLY want to go into labor! This morning Riley seems to be in a better birthing position, so maybe soon, he's not moving too much today either. Everything is ready to go for both events. I have class tonight with throws a huge wrench into my pre-baking schedule.

Holy cleaning urge today!

I have been cleaning since about noon today. My entire house is clean! Even the bathrooms...just a couple loads of laundry to do. I'm also contracting, so I'm hoping this is the start, but...probably not.

New Moon

Christmas shopping is done!

I just finished the Christmas shopping including stocking stuffers! Just need to get Jesse his Xbox stuff and the game he wants. He'll probably order that online. lol

New Moon tomorrow morning!!!!

Woohoo!!! Going with my girlfriends to see New Moon in the morning and then lunch at Olive Garden. Just wish those who couldn't make it, could have. :( I'll be missing them. I can't wait!

My day early 38w Appointment

I've been up since 4am with contractions that aren't doing too much but being a PITA. Kate came by because yesterday I had some "mystery discharge" and I called her to let her know, thought maybe I had sprung a leak. Well, it wasn't. I'm also 1cm dilated and 80%. I have NEVER been 38w and only 1cm. I'm a little baffled by this. Either I'm going to the end, or I'm going to go fast and unexpected! LOL We'll see. Kate thinks that my body is contracting to get Riley is a better position, but he's rufusing. Kate also brought over the Birth Pool in a Box and I'm going to have Jesse blow it up tonight so it's ready to go when we need it.

Next Semester

I'm going to take Life Science on Monday's and Wednesday's. This is only going to happen if Riley takes a bottle. Last drop date with full refund is January 9th or something, so that should be enough time to get him going with that. I was going to take Intro to Biology, but read the course description "It is expected that students have successfully completed both high school biology and chemistry within the previous five years or the college equivalents" and I haven't taken bio since 1994-95 and never took chemistry.

My belly henna

On November 6th I got my belly done with henna. It was so cool!! Sandy created 5 flowers for me that represented all of my kids.

Feeling Great!

Yesterday I felt really good, though it hurt to move. Last night I slept wonderful and today I feel amazing! Not too much pain, lots of energy and getting some stuff done around here. Not going nuts though because I don't want to burn myself out.

Tomorrow Jesse is leaving for Cleveland. I'm trying to talk him out of it because I feel too good. But he won't stay home.

Cleaning House!

And making room for the Christmas stuff. I want Jesse to pull it all out tonight so we can atleast get the lights done outside since the weather has been beautiful with temps in the 60's and 70's. There's no way he'd let me put up the Christmas tree, but I'm thinking about getting everything else out now so we can put the storage totes back under the house.

36 Weeks!!!!!

I made it with no baby!

Kate and Courtenay came over today for an appointment, though we weren't suppose to have one today. lol Kate forgot the GBS test, but confirmed Riley is head down. I thought he flipped yesterday. My next appointment is 11/20.

Also on 11/20 Melissa is hosting my Mother Blessing with the ladies from NAMI. I'm really looking forward to it! Thanks Melissa!! ;)

Tonight I'm getting Henna done on my belly, I'm so excited!!!

Almost THERE!!!

I can go into labor late tonight if my body wanted to!! Riley is very low, his butt is a couple inches from my belly button. Tomorrow Courtenay is coming over to do the GBS test. I need to call Kate tonight and see if I could/should come get the pool from her. That way I can blow it up and have it ready. TOmorrow night I'm getting Hennna Art done! I'm so excited!

I'm feeling very useless.

I can't do much of anything. Standing even causes contractions, I learned that this morning just throwing a roast in the crock pot. Jesse is at work today, apparently he though everything was fine enough to go. I have no idea how I'm suppose to get Ashlyn to school. It hurts so bad to walk and I can't carry Dylan. My house is in complete shambles. I'm trying to do laundry from my computer chair.
