I have about had it!

I'm exhausted, my foot hurts (I know, enough whining...), and my house is a mess! I had my stitches removed today and I was looking at it, and it's not healed yet! But apparently it looks "great". Okay, I don't think so! So she put tape on it and I have to keep it on there until next week. Since the removal, my foot hurts more than it has in a week. I am completely freaked out that it's going to seperate and bleed everywhere or I'm going to trip and rip it open or something.

I've also been busy selling and buying on diaperswappers.com. Very fun! I bought so many diapers for Dylan and that cute sock monkey outfit! I can't wait for everything to get here! Now I'm on the lookout for some Crocs for Kailey. She has requested pink ones for summer. I don't dare buy news one so she can grow out of them in a week!

Dylan is teething and has a cold which should explain my exhaustion. He has a cough and his nose is running and I know those breathing treatments are right around the corner! He has his 6 month appointment on the 1st, so I'm going to try to hold off until then. I wish he would just cut the tooth already! He's so miserable! On a happy good note, he's getting around the house with very little problem.

Ayden, Kailey, and Ashlyn...just don't want to listen these days and have cabin fever so bad. We'd take them for a walk, but I can't get too far.

I bought this for Dylan yesterday for the fall.

I am having a very productive morning!

I went to sleep around 7pm last night. Must have been exhausted in order to pull that one off. I went to see my doc yesterday and my stitches aren't ready to come out. I figured as much, they don't look ready to me and the golden rule while breastfeeding is your body take longer to heal. So I have to go back next week.

Dylan is most definitely teething! He was up too many times to count last night to nurse and just chewing and drooling over everything! He's still working on crawling, the kids are calling him "Inch Worm" lol. But he's getting to where he wants to be all by himself.

Ayden, Kailey, and Ashlyn are sick. Ayden stayed home from school yesterday with a cough and fever. Ashlyn slept on the couch last night with Daddy, and Kailey is starting to cough. Is it summer yet? This will be the 3rd time it's gone through our house.

I am still on strike, I am only doing laundry, bathroom, my room, and Dylan's room clean. Jesse does the kitchen all the time, so I don't worry about that anyway. It doesn't look horrible in here, thank god, or I wouldn't be able to controll my urges to clean! lol

Jesse stayed home yesterday for my appt and we got a lot accomplished. I opened our new checking/savings account, paid some bills in person. We're trying to close out our old account, so we're paying what we can in cash. We set up our tax appt, which I'm so excited about! I can't wait to see how much were getting back.

Today I've been listing baby stuff on craigslist and sold Dylan's infant carseat and snap in go stroller. Hopefully some of the other stuff will go! I hate ebay, so I don't want to have to go there!

On Strike!

I am done cleaning the house non stop. So I just went on strike. I'm not doing it. There are toys everywhere. Kailey changes about 5 times a day and leaves clean clothes on the floor. Their yogurt cups are still sitting on the table. There is a half eaten Ego on the floor. I am just plain sick and tired of cleaning all day long and recleaning multiple times. Last week, I cleaned the kids rooms and they are destroyed now. I'll do the laundry, but that's it. I need to be resting my foot, but that's impossible when I'm picking up and cleaning all day long.

Today, not good.

Jesse is sick, Ashlyn is sick, and Kailey is getting it. On top of that my foot is still hurting pretty bad. My doc wanted to see me today but there was no way I could go. So I'm going in the morning.

I went to the car wash yesterday and noticed a ding and fairly large scratch on the passenger door! It wasn't there before we went to GL Crossing on Saturday! I am so pissed about it. My truck in only a couple months old. So today I was getting the kids out of the truck and notice more stratches on the front on the bumperish area. So I'm going to do a claim to get those repainted. I'm so mad!

My foot hurts!

I went to the dr on Wednesday to get my bandages off. The last surgery I had dissovable stitches, this time, nope. I have 12 stitches in my foot and I don't like it, it looks so gross. They come out next week. My foot is really bruised and swollen still. I can walk on it, but it tires me out fast. I went grocery shopping last night and that was a huge mistake. I was exhausted and my foot was killing me!

I have to cancel our Disney ressies today, but I think we'll still be going this year. Maybe October? Then we could do the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!

I just got the go ahead to reschedule for October!!!!!

It's started

Change that is. Unfortunately I took Cameron to the animal shelter for adoption. I've been struggling with this decision for months now. With the kids starting more activities, she just wasn't getting the love and attention she needed. And I really hated locker her up every time we left the house, but she'd get into the garbage and pee on the floor. I bawled my eyes out once I got there and the entire way home. It was very hard.

Once home I noticed a fish died, so Jesse scooped him out and flushed him. Later while putting Ayden's clothes away, I noticed my frog had died. He was fine a day a go. He was old, I got him when Kailey was 3 months old. She'll be 5. So we just put the entire frog aquarium thing in a box and to the curb.

We sold the elliptical machine yesterday for 180.00! The house is getting cleaner by the minute! I also sold some baby items and diapers. I think I'm going to list Dylan's entire NB-3 month clothes lot on ebay and see what I can get.

As soon as the weather warms up some, we're going to take down the wood fence and start tearing down the deck. I can not wait!!! Then we'll be taking down the hedge line in the front yard.

Hot tub is gone!

And we sold it for 650.00! So we actually made a profit on it since it came with the house and the cover was 400.00. Now we'll be posting the elliptical machine and some baby clothes. I love spring cleaning. Just wish we could get some money for all the comics.

Daylight Savings Time

Well, it's 2:29pm and I haven't been up that long. My body must be working hard to get my foot healed. I slept really well, Dylan did as well. I can feel my toe today which is nice, I was getting worried about nerve damage somehow. Man I'm bored.

Mega Meet!!!!

I just signed Jen and I up for a class to make a Family Mini Book and Heidi (from A-Z) will be teaching it! I haven't seen Heidi since the Nov LM Crop last year. Should be fun!

PS, can you tell I am REALLY bored and don't know what the heck to do while sitting laid up on the couch? I feel so lazy and sitting around is not the norm for me.

I did start a chipboard book though. So it hasn't been a total waste!

Think Spring!

I'm so ready to go camping and sit around the camp fire! We'll be hitting Metamora in April with the GLPUC and I can't wait. Sees like forever away, but really just a little over a month. Need to get the camping down to M&M to get the pump working and trailer break system installed on the Pilot. We need to get a new ball for the hitch because the arm didn't come with one for the Pilot. We have to move the camper because we sold the hot tub and it's going to be picked up tomorrow. Then once the weather breaks we'll be tearing down the deck and seeding it to go some grass. Lots of changes happening! I'm trying to clean out the house and selling what ever I can. Monday we're making our tax appointment and should be getting a good chunk back because of our newest little tax deduction.

How do I search through these blogs? I want to find other mamas with the same interests. Also share you diaper washing stratagies. My diapers stink and I can't get rid of the smell! Thanks! :D

Today is a good day!

We all slept well last night, regardless of my foot being propped up. Dylan coslept and nursed a lot last night, but I think the growth spurt is coming to an end. My foot feels really good, just some minor pain from the stitches, most of my pain is from the bandages, which I got an ok to loosen this morning. I still can't feel my big toe though, but I am able to move it. So my doc knows about that and think it may be because of the bandage.

My Surgery

It went well, I enjoyed my nap. Once my doc got in there to remove the screw, he noticed it was stripped! So they tried plyers, chipping away some of the bone and then decided to saw off the head of the screw. My foot is all wrapped up and I'm on crutches until Wednesday.

I want to go camping.

We only went camping twice last year. A week at Fort Wilderness in Disney and couples weekend with the GLPUC. So every day Kailey asks me when it's going to be spring and when are we going camping. lol

Just some thoughts

Kailey got glasses yesterday, she loves them. She looks so grown up. Jesse and I feel bad because she's been living in a bury world for 4 1/2 years and none of us knew any better.

Dylan is going through a growth spurt which has been hard and both me and Jesse. He is up every hour or 2 to nurse at night. This is the point I stopped nursing Kailey because this growth spurt was too much for me. I don't want that to happen again, although I am so exhausted! I broke down early this morning and let Jesse give him a bottle.

Jesse wants Dylan to get his circ done, so Dylan has a consult on the 28th. But now Jesse will be in Redmond on the 27th and not sure if he'll be on the red eye home or not. I wish I could go with him and hang out in Seattle for the day.

I have my surgery tomorrow and looking forward to the IV sadation so I can get a good nap in. Then Jesse has a meeting tomorrow afternoon (possibily) and Dianna will be here with the kids. I just need to figure out dance class.

I went to Kindergarten roundup on Tuesday and they are trying to get Kindergarten to be a full day!!! That would be so nice and Kailey would love it!!

Change is coming...

I can't go into details, but huge changes are in the works and hopefully resolution. Unfortunately this means no Florida, but the benefits outweigh the negatives. Maybe in all this change I can start some classes again in the fall, not sure if that's going to be doable, but we'll see.
