TGIF!

Though I haven't been able to get a good night's sleep, or start working out like I wanted to, I'm feeling very content. I start school on 9/4, I'll be taking Government (for real this time!) and Philosophy, which will make me eligible for transfer after this semester. That is a HUGE accomplishment for me and it's like a milestone. Though I will be eligible for transfer (24 credit hour min), I'm going to take advantage of OCC's lower costs and the fact that I can transfer 63 credit hours to Oakland University. So now I need to make a list of what I need to take for my BSN and what I need to take at OCC.

This semester

I'm taking Government and Philosophy. I need to come up with a list of classes I MUST take at OCC.

School

I have to take 9 classes in order to apply for the nursing program or transfer. I wish I could take another class this semester, but Jesse thinks that's a big no no. I really hope Riley will take a bottle so I can take 2 (maybe 3) classes in the winter semester. I ready to move on in college!

Feel the energy?!?!

Thursday and Friday I was out for the count with a terrible migraine and low grade fever. I managed to get the kids to let me sleep on Thursday. Friday Jesse stayed home. Last night I felt much better, but not 100%. Today though I'm feel great! I've painted our room some, plan to do some touch up paint in Riley's room. I *think* Jesse and I are going to get the mobile and canvus paintings for his room this weekend. I want to get some stuff listed on Craigslist and Diaper Swapper, and just clean up the house.

Wednesday we signed up for the YMCA and the kids are enrolled in swimming classes. They started those on Thursday. I'm excited about the membership because I want to start using the gym soon (stairs/tredmill) and definitely the pool! They have child care that's free for 2 hours so I can just drop the kids off there and head to the gym! They also have Parents Night Out for 4 hours a few times a year. I signed the kids up for the one on August 14 so Jesse and I can do our anniversary dinner and maybe catch a movie.

It's coming together

The prep work for Riley that is. I found a Graco Shilouette swing I've been eye balling on the BRU website. It was 140.00 retail, someone on Craigslist was selling two of them for 30.00 each! They were the swings at the grandparents house. I picked it up last night, but missed my chiropractor appt.

Not too horrible

I put Dylan back down at 8:30 and told the older kids not to bother me unless someone was bleeding. It worked! I got to sleep a little more and felt so much better. Now I just need to get adjusted and my pubic bone is out again. Luckily I have a chiro appt at 6:45.

Ah hell.

I'm pretty sure today isn't going to be much better. Kailey went into Dylan's room before 7am.

Today is...

"lets see how many of Mommy's buttons we can push before noon!" Right now the kids are in their rooms and are not allowed out. Dylan woke up screaming at 7:30am, Kailey started begging for food though she had eaten cereal, Ashlyn dumped her cereal all over the floor, Ayden is whining about everything. So I sent them outside. Ayden won't get off of Ashlyn's swing, Ashlyn is whining, I tell Ayden to get off her swing and he starts whining and doesn't listen. I tell Ayden to put in a DVD and Ashlyn picked it, but Ayden starts whining because he doesn't want to watch it. I'm beyond my limit today. I called Jesse crying because I can't handle it today.

Got a pedi today.

And I was sitting next to Kid Rock's back up singer and drummer!!!!!!!! My feet look pretty too. ;)

Growth Spurt Update

I grabbed the wrong jeans the other day... lol

Active baby!

Last night Riley was all over the place! I almost couldn't get to sleep. Once I did get to sleep, I was woken up by cars doing 40+ MPH down our road...which is 25 MHP. I'm really getting sick of living here. If it's not fast, noisey cars, it's loud teenagers at all hours of the night. This has been the worse summer since we've moved in 4 years ago.

Ebay Purchase!!

Riley's room is going to be brown, sage, and some blue (a very little bit of blue), I've decided to use accessories from the Kidsline Willow collection.

While on ebay last week, I found a matching wall sign and I bought it today!

A Growth Spurt?

I think I had a growth spurt Sunday night. I feel bigger, a little more sore, and the pants I wore Sunday afternoon are tight now. I don't want to buy maternity clothes, they are so expensive which is ridiculous! I've been lucky so far finding things at Salvation Army, but I can't find anything cute there.

A Class and a lost tooth!

I registered for government today. It's a morning class, I'll drop Ashlyn and Dylan off at Cheryl's then take Ayden and Kailey to school, then head to school myself. The class ends a week or so after my due date. From what I've heard, he's a cool prof though.

Kailey lost tooth number two this morning. She came up to me and told me her tooth was bleeding. I look and told her her tooth wasn't there anymore. We went downstairs and had to look for her tooth. She didn't even know it fell out! We found it and it's all cleaned up for the Tooth Fairy.

We have a name!

Baby boy's name will be Riley Aaron. :)

It's A Boy!

He is healthy, weighs 10oz and is nameless. I have no idea on names.

Tomorrow is the big day!

9am is our ultrasound. We couldn't find a sitter so we have to take all the kids with us. Wish us luck.

July 4th!

Thursday we headed up to Mackinaw City to go camping. When we got there it was freezing and Friday morning wasn't much better. Later that evening it started warming up and Saturday was beautiful!

Thursday night we went to Cunninghams for dinner like we always do. Jesse had a pastie which I ended up eating and he ate my white fish. lol They have the best pie and that's the real reason we eat there.

Friday we headed across the bridge to the U.P. and drove around for a bit and at lunch at the bridge veiw park. I remember eating breakfast there as a kid before it was turned into an official bridge viewing area.

Saturday we did our Mackinaw City shopping and I got my fudge. No, I don't share. So Jesse is sharing his with the kids. lol Saturday night we went to the Mackinaw City park to watch the fireworks. Dylan was so funny! He was clapping and so excited when they started. Ashlyn did really well too, she kept her ears plugged and only asked to leave twice.

Despite my headache and nausea all weekend, it wasn't too bad. I thought I was going to kill Jesse Thursday before we left though.

17w Belly

It's not the best picture at all! I had about 3 hours of sleep the night before and a raging migraine. But I was talked into going to the spray park anyway! The goofy look is because Ashlyn is doing her ballerina thing for the camera. lol
