Is it Friday yet?

Yesterday I signed Ayden up for hockey and he starts next week. The girls are getting ready for their recitals. I finished my last class for the semester last night. We have 4 yards of dirt coming today for the back yard to seed and our new veggie garden. We are booked at Mackinaw Mill Creek for the 4th of July. Caitlyn's graduation announcements are done. I need to start working on her board for her party. Jesse and I are booked for Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort for Sept 24-27 without the kids. We got the free dining plan so we'll be doing Epcot and Magic Kingdom.

Morning sickness

It's getting worse. I woke up out of a dead sleep and woke Jesse up to get the Zofran. I took it, but it was too late. My stomach knew what it needed to do so off the toilet I went. Today isn't much better. I'm very nauseated and starving, so I ate a few bites of cherioes, but it's not sitting well. I just want Jesse to come home.

Spent the night in the ER

So when I started my progesterone last Friday I started noticing my heart beat was irregular. Well last night I decided to go in because I was noticing it a lot. I got an EKG which was fine, then they hooked me up to monitors and were able to see what I was feeling. I have premature ventricular contractions which is probably being caused by the pregnancy. He told me is was harmless and my blood work came back good. If I wasn't pregnant I would be given a script for it, but it's not safe during pregnancy. I have to go see a cardiologist now. I'm only 7w3d and it's been rough already! lol

It's a BEAUTIFUL day in Michigan!

Yesterday I cleaned out the shed a bit, burned some wood and cardboard, and the kids played. Today is even nicer! I really want to go camping this weekend, but the morning sickness kicked in full force today. And I can't find a campground that is open! So I'm going to scrapbook tomorrow night.

Beta results are in!

Progesterone: 9 and hCG: 43000!!!! I will be starting my progesterone supplements in the morning.

Major Updates

Today I saw my baby!!!! :D His/her little heart was beating at 130bmp and it was so amazing! I have 2 sub-chrionic hemorrhages, but ob isn't worried, he says they almost always absorb into the mothers' body. He says my pregnancy test came up + right away so he's not really concerned with the hCG levels. But we'll have those results back tomorrow, then we'll see from there if another beta draw is needed. Baby was measuring small so he adjusted my due date from 11/30 to 12/5 which correlates with my ovulation date. So as of right now, everything is perfect!

Beta draw in the morning

My progesterone levels came back at 8.8. So after the draw I have to start vaginal progesterone supplements. Now I'm having some cramping, not sure if it's stress or something worse. Good thing is, I've been nauseated all day.

May 18th

Is my NT scan at the hospital! Thanks to a fabulous homebirth friendly clinic in Ann Arbor, Woman Safe Health, I got no grief for my decision to homebirth, and received my ultrasound order for the scan! I was hoping for an earlier ultrasound to do a head count though. Oh well.

My ob appt

Will be getting cancelled tomorrow morning!! (DOING MEGA HAPPY DANCE!!!) There a woman's clinic in A2 that does first trimester care and that's where I will be getting my NT scan from. And the best part, they are homebirth friendly! The receptionist I talked to had a homebirth. Very cool and I'm super excited! I go Monday morning at 10am!

On a good note...

My morning-all day-after I eat or drink anything-sickness has kicked in. Yesterday was horrible and I had a class last night.

Not sure what to do.

I have an ob appointment for April 21. At this point, I just want an ultrasound to know everything is okay and to get a head count. I really ONLY want to go for the NT scan and the Quad screen. But I know they are going to give me crap for having another homebirth. I just wish I could just leave it all to fate, but I NEED to know if something is wrong before hand. I hate good surprises, let alone bad ones.

I hate spring break

My kids are driving me crazy. They are fighting over the Xbox, TV, toys, and what ever else they can fight over. I hate days like this, makes me second guess having another baby. :( I just wish summer would get here so I can kick them into the back yard.

Dylan's new room

Dylan has officially been moved into Ashlyn's old room. I got most of his wall decor up, but I need to strip Ashlyn's old wall border. I should do that this weekend. I'll also been putting the crib back up in the nursery. I took it apart just before I found out I was pregnant to get Dylan sleeping in a toddler bed. Nothing like double the work! ;)

My Target Find

So I went to Target to see if they had anything good on clearence and I needed an air filter. As I was walking to the check out this guy was in front of me with a cart full of stuff! He kind of looked like a friend that died in 1997, so that's how I noticed him. When I was done checking out I look at him again and realized who he was:

#13 - Pavel Datsyuk of the Detroit Red Wings!! How cool is that!? We have many Red Wings in the area, but I haven't seen any until yesterday. I do know Steve Yzerman goes to the same chinese carry out place. That's been my coolest Target find to date! lol
