I didn't because many doulas have a set price, but also use a sliding scale for those that can't afford the set price. If one sees a set price they may be discouraged, on the other hand, if one see's a doula uses a sliding scale, they may try to take advantage of that.

It would be helpful if you had expected fees listed on it though. Just to see if one could even afford a doula.
