Ouch, IUD pain!

My IUD is giving me wicked side (ovary) type pain today. It's painful enough that I told Jesse I wanted to go to the Ob/Gyn, but since we only have a health savings account, it would probably cost a fortune. So I told him, I should just get it removed if I'm going to pay a butt load of money. He said no to that. I'm not going to go in and get charged an obscene amount of money for him to look up my crotch. lol
